Independent Counsel for Boards and Senior Leaders
When organisations face leadership transition, cultural tension, or strategic uncertainty, clear judgement becomes essential.
I work with boards and senior leaders to strengthen governance, support leadership decision-making, and guide organisations through complex cultural and organisational change.
My work combines board-level advisory, executive coaching, and cultural management to help organisations move forward with clarity and confidence.
Services include:

Experience Supporting Complex Organisations
I bring experience across leadership, organisational psychology, and advisory work.
My professional background includes:
• An extensive leadership career in policing
• Over a decade in psychodynamic practice
• Executive advisory work with multinational NGOs and local government organisations
This combination provides practical insight into how leadership, governance, and organisational culture interact within complex institutions.
When Organisations Seek External Counsel
Leaders and boards often seek independent perspective during periods such as:
• Leadership transition or succession
• Cultural change within the organisation
• Governance or board development
• Strategic uncertainty or organisational restructuring
• Complex stakeholder environments
In these moments, external perspective can help leadership teams step back, clarify priorities, and make sound decisions.

A Thoughtful and Practical Approach
Every organisation operates within its own context and leadership dynamics.
My work begins by understanding the organisation’s environment, leadership structure, and strategic challenges.
From there, the focus is on:
• Identifying key leadership and organisational dynamics
• Supporting thoughtful decision-making
• Strengthening governance and leadership capability
• Helping organisations align culture with strategic objectives
The emphasis is always on clarity, responsibility, and practical progress.

About
What is the Center for Organisational and Leadreship Clarity
I founded the Centre for Organisation and Leadership Clarity to help organisations lead with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness during periods of complex leadership, cultural, and organisational change.
Too often, organisations with strong potential struggle to deliver lasting transformation because leadership challenges, cultural misalignment, and organisational complexity get in the way. I created the Centre to address exactly these issues, helping leaders and organisations navigate change in a way that is thoughtful, practical, and sustainable.
My perspective is grounded in a diverse career spanning extensive service in policing, more than a decade in psychodynamic practice, and executive advisory work for multinational NGOs and local government. This combination of frontline leadership, behavioural insight, and strategic advisory experience enables me to support organisations in understanding not only what needs to change, but how to make that change effective and sustainable.
At the Centre for Organisation and Leadership Clarity, I work with organisations to strengthen leadership capability, improve organisational culture, and navigate complexity with greater purpose and impact. Discover how I support organisational change.
